International Conference on Law

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the IC-LAW 2021, which aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to give an overview of the state of the art, to present new research results and also, to promote discussion and interaction among academics,researchers and professionals in the field of Law.
This Conference is part of 10th UBT International Conference for Business, technology and Innovation. The main focus on this year will be Resilience and Sustainability.

Scope and Topics

The conference is meant to create synergy between the different partners within the network and beyond. It is open to innovative scholars, academics, young researchers, post-graduate students, doctoral candidates, field experts and professionals, as other interested participants from partner institutions as well.
The conference aims in particular to look at the role of law regulations in addressing problems and offering solutions on new and interesting developments in different disciplines of Law.
It is meant to meet, discuss, to inspire, and further to facilitate the exchange of knowledge.

The scope of the Conference covers novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Public Law, Criminal law and Civil law, and also with focus on:

  1. International arbitration
  2. Social care, human rights and security
  3. EU law in different sectors
  4. Privacy and information security
  5. Technology – reshaping the practice of law
  6. Migration law versus migration policies
  7. Higher education and the new approaches
  8. Law regulations and raps
  9. Approaches and dimensions of legal reasoning

 

Paper Submission

Potential authors are invited to submit original papers for the presentation in the SHS-IC 2021 conference, not published or being considered elsewhere. The maximum length is 6 pages.
